There is no substitute for the Dashew's experience. Both at sea and in the boatyard. This comparison is nicely produced but superficial without going into the usability, seaworthiness and safety features that were the design foundations of the Dashew boats. The form followed the funtion. Whereas the Vanguard seems to be styled and greenwashed in an attempt to sell to a different clientele.
