Discard it to add a pendulum dragon from deck to hand. If you use starving venom fusion and use its eff to target odd eyes rev dragon then you shuffle the field and grave for both players i believe. So a zeus on roids

OG starving venom: sent by Gate magician for the summon effect, can replace with the rank 7 XYZ dragon if you want
Rev Dragon: search dragon pendulum and use SKSV to copy its effect.
Spright elf: uhm grant your omni negate targetting protection I guess, or link off S:P and bring back
