    Wow, the initial few seconds of this audio, immediately brought me back to an era I've experienced only thru noir movies & retro T.V.!! Ever grateful, to David for these!!🙏🧜‍♀️

    Thanks so much for this upload! It sounds so good that it's as if it was recorded recently, not in 1948. I like the chemistry between Gregory Peck and Anne Baxter, like I did in Yellow Sky. How I wish they had co-starred in this film, too.

    Interesting that the nation of Israel was only four months old when this episode aired. And the Holocaust only three years removed and likely still vividly fresh in the minds of many original listeners. When listening to this show with that backdrop it is even better, I think.

    44:35 The people who don't do racist things but still make hurtful remarks and try to brush them off as facts and act like they're the victim in the scenario whenever someone calls them out on their hurtful behaviour. Don't even have the decency too say "I'm sorry I offended you, I didn't mean to."
