Considering the last year and a half - adapting to online and dealing with COVID restrictions - you guys were able to create the most immersive and raw experience for the fans. High key the POVs from the HECZ quarters during each game, having everyone there - seeing the reactions to a win, to a brutal loss - cant get that on LAN - its not the same. You all were able to capture that and tell it in a way that I've never seen before until now. Only org in the space that can adapt to something like this and still continue setting high highs for all the orgs out there. Brilliant and proud to call myself a fan of this organization/community.

Man I love this team. I'm 31 years old and have been a fan since I can remember. I've seen highs and lows but my loyalty has never wavered. So it breaks my heart to hear in minute 44 Hecs say that we get so sad after we lose and that we can't fix it. Man it's as fixable as anything when you're prepared. After a match, designate a debrief meeting, to watch over the game play and discuss thought processes, simple mistakes, complex problems and what is going well that we can implement more. That meeting is the time for discussion, complaining, arguments or whatever but immediately after a loss make it about consoling your team mates. If someone had a particularly bad map, don't go off and sulk or be angry, go and lift up your team mate, remind them how nasty and talented they are to even be on the same team as you, and remind them that you're their team mate and that you win together and lose together. It's frustrating to see you guys winning together but then losing on your own. Fix that and you'll be a championship dynasty again.

the content of this team is just so entertaining, inspiring, and motivational. I remember watching vision back in blops 3 and its the same vibe now. You dont even need to understand what's going on in the game to be instantly hooked to this series.
Knowing these guys are like brothers and can argue and yell at each other but not just get mad and hate the other shows how far I think they have come as individuals but also the pro scene as a whole. People like Scump, Formal, and even others around the league have grown up with this and matured through it and they know they cannot win if they do not come together and the knowledge from Hecz to realize that letting the work through it and not making a change even though all of us as fans were calling for it for so long is why I love this org. He has faith in the squad he chooses and it showed against Faze so many scenarios where Optic lose that match and they pulled it out in arguably the best series of the year! Love to see it.

People like Scump, Formal, and even others around the league have grown up with this and matured through it and they know they cannot win if they do not come together and the knowledge from Hecz to realize that letting the work through it and not making a change even though all of us as fans were calling for it for so long is why I love this org. He has faith in the squad he chooses and it showed against Faze so many scenarios where Optic lose that match and they pulled it out in arguably the best series of the year! Love to see it.
