It was interesting hearing about your childhood. I recycle everything I can. It’s no problem and I feel it is necessary. Beautiful painting as always. Kindness, Teresa

I agree Clive, I get annoyed as well, I remember everything my mum and gran bought from the grocer, greengrocer, butchers etc was wrapped up for them in paper not plastic, biscuits were bought by the half pound and tipped into paper bags, and any sweets we bought with our pocket money was bought by the ounce and popped into little white paper bags. Bottles were glass so always washed and returned for reuse, if we could find lemonade bottles or beer bottles we would take them to the off-licence part of the pub and get a few pennies for them 😀 Great video and beautiful painting Clive 😍 Take care.

I know what you are talking about. I was born in 1950 and there was still ration books on the go in part of the 50s🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

I saw quite a bit of hay rows in the fields, that's a thought for getting away from loads of green. A couple weeks ago i made a fine dust pan out of an old oven drawer. I like that big tree.

Hi Clive awesome as always. One learns so much from you. Is there a chance that you could perhaps do a tutorial for a Karoo Scene (South Africa) almost like a desert? Would appreciate it if you could. Thanks Annie

I know what you are talking about Clive. Another thing in the 50s is that your old newspaper was your toilet roll or kindling for the fire 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

It is always best to check, as some cadmium colours still come with some warnings. Companies are really good at calling this out now. 😊
