  • Ganit Goldstein teams up with Stratasys to achieve her mission of customized fashion design by combining craft methods with direct-to-textile 3D printing to produce a Japanese-style dress. Using PolyJet Technology, the digital designs were 3D printed directly onto sustainable fabrics in vivid colors, creating a shimmer effect when the garment is in motion, while maintaining the comfort and wearability of fabric garments. The work is part of Re-FREAM, a collaborative research project funded by the European Union.

Absolutely awesome and like-minded in approach to 3D material and textile . We are applying that same concept with floor , wall and ceiling tiles with indigenous designs and we and our clients are blown away with the beauty finish and final results...May your cup of blessings continue to overflow.

What is the wear and longevity like?
Is there any recyclable element to this?
It's an interesting idea but I'm concerned about plastic waste in the environment

No they didn't reply, our descendants will be picking the plastic beads out of their vegetable patches for centuries 😔

@Shikyoakuma ha ha. I'm afraid that is the extent of my optimism.
That small pockets of humans survive the flood and begin the long struggle back to civilization in a toxic wasteland

What 3D printer would you recommend for a beginner who wants to use it mainly for fashion budget 2,000$ + -

I'm so confused. Is this a layered hand couture embroidered over the 3D print

I ordered a Hoodie from Amazon and thought there was a mistake in the description where it says it was 3D printed. I had no clue clothing could be 3D Printed. It’s not bad for a Rick And Morty themed Hoodie for $29 delivered.
