    This moment is so misleading. In 1536, Anne Boleyn, according to witnesses who attended her execution, appeared on the block not with weeping tears and panic fear but with humility and courage as though she welcomed her death without objections. Not to be judgemental, but the fact remains that Anne remained steadfast and composed on her day of decapitation 487 years ago.

      Movies these days are not taking the audience on a true journey into the incredible wonder of human history, they don't want the women to have any role figures in history they can be proud of. We have always in recent times been either the mother, the lover, the whore or the she-devil but never a person who is self directed and whom is capable of walking her own path. Thankyou for sharing the correct take on history -

      According to Tudor's history, although King Henry wanted to abolish his marriage with Anne, Thomas Cronwell was the instigator who made incriminating charges against the Queen of adultery, treason, and incest relations with his brother purposely to dispose of her for the King's favor. In addition, Henry realized God was punishing him by not offering a male heir to rule the future Monarchy. After Elizabeth's birth, she suffered from two male miscarriages, with one having a physical deformity if he had survived. Poor Anne. No question King Henry the 8th is forever known as the bloodthirsty caliph who ruled with malice and cruelty during his royal tenure with the British Empire.

    I actually feel bad for Anne because of course she's gonna keep having miscarriages especially when ur hubby is a monster? Being under that amount of stress and then ur husband can flaunt his next chick in ur face like ur nothing, and 1 minute he adores u but the next, he's having his spies lying and making up lies so he has a reason to kill u? Poor Mary's son was an heir but was thought of as just a toss away bastard. Anne's ultimate "F U!" came in the form of her beautiful baby girl Elizabeth. As much as I do feel for Anne and Mary(they was used by their greedy male family members, and never gave a care to the hearts/lives of these girls)his 1st wife was done terribly wrong as well, and some ppl say that was Anne's karma? I just despise how much of a self-entitled, self-centered, disgusting womanizer Henry was? His karma came in many different forms and I can't say he ever deserved to be happy with how he treated these women? I'm not saying that he deserved to have any babies die, but everything else like chronic pain from sores and wounds that wouldn't heal.....at least his fat ass got to live and not be murdered? Ijs

    • @NessaBear90
      @NessaBear90 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Ilona Maskal It's a fact. She has said she isn't a fan of Anne Boleyn. She wrote her terribly in this book. Anne showed bravery and was calm when she got on the scaffold because she accepted her fate. She didn't sleep with her brother. As someone who has studied Anne Boleyn and the Tudor period in depth because I'm an ancestor of KoA and wanted to know more. So yeah, she wrote KoA as a much stronger figure which she was but so was Anne.

      @@homixide_234 that is what I am saying first he setted an example by giving divorce to his first and most faithful wife for the future generations. Mary Boleyn sister of Anne Bolyen or I can say the mistress of king and after than took two more women's life on the name of male heir slept with uncountable women and than ruined Anne of Cleves life by calling her ugly like he was Harry Styles of that time and than again ruined his teen wife's life on the name of adultery such a hypocritic
