UXO Tracks - Developing a new way of finding unexploded ordnance

▶️ WATCH | Locating unexploded bombs on weapons ranges is risky and time consuming for Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) crews. We're working with ANU and UNSW to develop a ground-breaking solution using seismic and acoustic sensors to determine where a bomb hits the ground, and if it has exploded.
The first of its kind in the world, UXO Tracks is set make waves; reducing the risk and cost for explosive ordinance disposal crews.

Check this out kids, another good reason to study STEM, you get to play with 3D printers, electronics, computers and sensors, then go out in the field for testing, perhaps even blow stuff up!

This was done by the US Army 15+ years ago, systems already exist to do this
