- In this video, we introduce the new HDMI audio ingest feature in Microsoft Teams Rooms on Android and the Rally Bar Family. This feature allows you to now share both video and audio from your laptop or tablet to the main speaker system in a Teams room using an HDMI cable, resulting in better communication during meetings.

I noticed that when the desktop is mirrored to the Rally Bar screen behind you that it is not showing the full desktop. It is cropping part of it. We are having the same issue. Is there a way around this?
Can I start a zoom meeting with the HDMI feature to bypass any complications trying to start a zoom meeting directly through the Teams Room?
We recently deployed this solution in 2 Rooms in combination with a Tap (Not IP) and Swytch. Is HDMI Audio also available via the HDMI ingest port of the Tap or via Swytch or only via the HDMI in Port on the Rally Bar? Currently we use those options to ingest the screen into Teams Meetings
One year later and this is not possible yet through the TAP. Swytch is ok with both audio and video but HDMI ingest through the TAP only brings the video, not the audio. It may have to do with the Cat Model only. Have not tried it with a USB TAP device. I find it unpractical having to lay one more HDMI from the desk to the Rallybar to do proper HDMI ingest. The hardware is up to it, please fix it.
@@GeorgeV1977 thanks now i understand why employees can’t play audio when connected to TAP through HDMI .
I installed one yesterday and it is still not possible. Swytch hub works great connected to the HDMI input. The TAP literally has an HDMI input for this exact reason but they cant patch this so audio also works? And of course in true Logitech fashion I see they have not bothered to enter chat. I'm just going to stop selling their products. Endless issues
And HDMI cabel from TAP for what is used?
En serio festejan esto como un avance ? :) :) :) . Hace 8 años que se puede hacer con Dispositivos Cisco. Y ahora con un solo cable USB-C.
