i remember watching this on WGN, i dont know if there where 2 versions of this show. cause i remember the pinball machine occurring at the end and contestants have to pick which slot the animated ball goes
There were two versions. The first "$100,000 Pinball" was where all the contestants played that cutthroat machine for the chance to win the 100 grand. Then the machine was moved to be a qualifer for all the contestants to play a game (or two or three), replacing the survey questions, which in my opinion, did take up a lot of time.
i loved this show

The surveys were also pretty boring thought I did like the bidding elements they had for vortex in the first format.
I loved this show.
Me too!!!! Used to watch it on Saturday nights on WGN and i never even lived in Chicago.
Splashdown was played on "NY Wired" as "Niagara".
All over the Land on Lincoln, there's something in the air that says fortune and fame are coming your way!
Is this still on the tv?
No.
