the sad thing the paragon system change is actually good, currently Paragons are worthless. But when people quit in masse, because the game is boring af, the statistics will show a correlation between paragon change and people quitting. This game was almost perfect, if only it had good game play.
Well time to move on from this game I guess, would be the best new year resolution as the devs themselves took the resolution of all out wallet hunting. Not just this paragon changes there are also various other changes some small, some very imp. like the ex weapon buff, whales can now get artifacts way before to get advantages, which all just indicating their thought process & how they want to move forward with the game, so before things get even worse & become more frustrating I will just move on from it now, it will be much better that way. I enjoyed this game the first 3/4 months the best, then season 1 had a mix feelings, but they did improve in season 2 but this upcoming season 3 just wild complete 180 degree shift of their direction, it seems they changed their approach for 10 years survival with this game to just 10 years worth cash grabbing in 2 years, good luck if they want to succeed this way. I guess they are forgetting what made this game so much special & different than any other gachas & why people had so much hope for this game. Whales no doubt provide more money but a good f2p model is also as much important for long term survival & will attract more players among which some of them eventually will become whale, thats how it goes, its that simple but they just too blind right now with all these recent success to understand this simple fact.
I couldn't beat P4 teams anyway unless they were in Supreme and I used very risky Tasi/Mauler setups. So this change doesn't really make any difference to me. I never expected to beat someone with full P4s in arena unless I also had P4s so I'm really not seeing it. I also would say not to be on the gloom and doom talk until people test it theirselves. Wasn't Dunlinger supposed to be all poweful and change the game? Yeah no one even summoned for that guy in my server xD. Wasn't Hodgekin supposed to end Mauler comps especially the ones in Supreme by being immune to physical damage? Yea we saw how that worked. If you lost to P4 teams in the past, don't expect to beat them now. If you could actually beat P4 teams in the past but lose to them after the change, than yea ok you have a rightful complaint.
Idk I never made those claims about those heroes. But those were heroes, not a power system. Changing power systems is a way bigger change. Yea I agree it should be tested but it seems people are already testing it on vn server. Also this will effect any Paragon teams not just p4. At p4 it's just wayyyy stronger. Also I have no issue beating teams with p4 heroes or just all around better Paragon then me, after this change tho I don't see that happening anymore.
@@browniegames865 I sit at rank 3 in one of the most hungry servers out there. People change their defense every day. You beat someones defense 3+ times and they changing it. I've seen people change 2 times in a day. There's no real meta or perfect comp becuz the top 10 people are under constant pressure. The only reason I survive well is becuz I took some of your advice and went heavy mauler. It stomps so many people so I rarely change up my team. The people at rank 1 and 2 are full P4 and I don't even touch them. I got 3 crazy friends that figure them out every once in awhile but like i said, they change their defense very quickly. All other pvp modes are just bullyfests like Crystal Clash or the recent card game we played. Supreme is just Mario Kart. I can't take it seriously. It's so rng.

My server also doesn't have Dunlingr, very very NO Dunlingr. They preferred Harak, or just always invested on Pharesto. I have encountered Dunlingr once, it's from other server when there is crystal mining event. I get it, he is very much annoying 💀🙏
