Yes you will have to Straighten in the hair out then curl and do dry waves and use holding spray. Do not overspray because it will make their hair wet and the natural curl pattern will start to come back
Yes, you can use black gel but keep in mind, black gel will make any hair color look darker I use a clear gel because I want her color to pop and not be tone down

Yes ma’am she does have a Relaxer but we only texturize out her hair. When using highlift color and a relaxer can be very compromising. However both services can be achieved bit i only recommend it be done by a licensed professional. And yes the integrity can very healthy with no breakage

Yes, you can use gel only with doing waves. the foam helps act as extra slip to allow the comb to glide through the hair a bit easily

I didn’t get to see, did you use the gel before applying the foaming lotion or you mixed them at the same time ?
I always put gel down first. If I use foam first it takes a little bit more effort to make the gel smooth into the hair.
