San is a suffix that you can add to a person's name in Japanese. Generally most people that aren't very close refer to one another by their last names and 'san' attached to it.
It's supposed to show respect, and is something like calling someone Mr. or Ms. in English.
The joke here was that she was referring to the tablet as if it were a person.

My studio setup is pretty much the same as hers, but I never thought of having a smaller version of it to draw on the go. It's a great idea, gonna do that now! Thanks a lot!!
Not really a good idea... It still need to be powered up with nearby outlet, so it means 1 outlet for the notebook, and one for the tablet...
XP pen does better job, since their 15.6 pro and 13.3 pro (also the 12 pro) can be powered with it the USB cable (as long the Notebook could give enough electricity)...
Still, it's not that hard to find 2 power outlet nearby...
If you happen to have a Macbook Pro newer than 2016 and any form of iPad Pro, you can use the iPad the exact same way as that Huion--but minus the need to plug the tablet into a wall during use.

It's nice seeing a professional artist loving and supporting brands that are not Wacom! I think the stigma about this "new", less expensive brands is not about the quality of the products, but rather the driver support! The quality of these new display tablets is awesome, and I think the only reason people are still drawn to Wacom is that they are certain the pen tablet and display tablet are going to have driver support for at least 10 years! If many people were sure Huion, Gaomon, XP-PEN (and others) were going to grant the same, they would switch immediately imho

Even tho I had a bad personal experience with Huion, I'm glad people like Shizuka step out of the Wacom company to use other tools for art!! (I probably didn't explain this well lmao)
Huion has really gotten better in terms of quality. More people are buying from then so of course the quality will get better.

Well, she's using a bigger one on the home.. but, any drawing monitors can be used for professional artist...
(Also the fact that drawing monitor above 16 inch will make you unable to reach keyboard and more electric bill.. so smaller could be better..)

The one she uses in video is Huion Kamvas Pro 13 (she seems to be unsure either is 13 or 12, but there's not much different between the two anyway).
But, if you're asking for the one she uses at home, its too Unclear...
Even If it's Huion, there's so many model...
There's no clue if the bigger one she had have buttons or not... So in succession, I should tell you every model available...
So its either :

- Kamvas Pro 20 (2019)
- Kamvas Pro 22 (2019)

(It could be XP pen Artist 22r, XP pen Artist 22e pro, XP pen Artist 22r Pro, or even Wacom Cintiq 21UX since she never said it's new or old models... Or Wacom Cintiq 24 ? Who knows)
Anyways, if you want reccomendation form me, I would recommend you Huion Kamvas Pro 16...
It's bigger than she uses in video and it's not too big since you can still reach keyboard with it...

And the smaller sibling, Huion Kamvas Pro 12 is only $219
Unlike Wacom Cintiq drawing monitor that were so expensive (mostly $1000++, but the cheapest is only $650 )
By the way, it's not a tablet...
It's a drawing monitor (or display tablet, whatever you call it)...
It just a monitor to be connected to a PC/notebook...

although this was all kind of just a big adread for huion, I can't argue that huion has some good tablets for cheap. also, I loved the part when they literally gave her a huion box to put under her tablet for the ad. HILARIOUS.
When my brother bought me a MacBook a year ago. I started to love anime. Then I started to draw anime characters. But it is so hard at 1st. I have to master 1st the fundamentals before I draw. It took me 11 months to learn it. Today, I start from scratch and copying some of my brother's arts for training.
It's nice to learn a few things here! I'm trying to improve on my drawing skills for my new years resolution! I would but I get very tired easily..

it is enough for me (1.74 gb ram :/ ) but i dont understand one thing why calibration have problem :/ (when i click something with pen it clicks another land)
You usually have to recalibrate the device so it can adapt to the size of your workspace. There's some tutorials online that can help you with that issue

I’ve recently purchased the KAMVAS pro 16. Cons that it glitches every now and then and I had some driver issues due to security. Pros is that it’s really fun to work with and has a great feel to the screen!

I recently bought a drawing tablet with no screen (and a very cheap and small one) and I could easily use it after less than 1h of drawing. I think configurating my program to suit me was harder than getting used to the tablet

@@default632 Objectively speaking there's no point in learning how to draw with a mouse. Its 100% possible but completely pointless. Its way slower than learning in any other kind of tablet plus you cant use pen sensitivity with it, thing that is indispensable for almost all digital artists. Plus, if you ever want to become professional you'll someday need to learn how to use a tablet. You can always learn to draw with mouse and you do you, I simply see it as something pointless. Sure, you can show off that you can draw with a mouse but there's not much more to it. If you cant afford a tablet draw on your phone, buy a cheap one or just stick to traditional while you get the necessary resources.
Dont loose your time with a mouse, that's my advice. You can still use it as much as you want though, its your desition and I wont force anyone into anything. Peace
@@pemo619 Thanks for your advice. No harm, no hard feelings. I think of mouse as a different medium. Just like how watercolor is different from oil painting. A different way of making art. Mouse has it's disadvantages but it has also advantages. I don't mean mouse as in carefully dragging the mouse to simulate each pencil stroke ( I can but that would be stupid and slow ). By mouse, I mean the godly "Pen Tool".
Good for things like Anime drawing and line arts and what not.
I'll take your advice for more traditional drawings that are not line arts.

I think that by using it in that way very original works are possible, its just that there are people that try to use mouse the same way they would use a tablet which is pointless for the reasons that I explained, but using mouse as a completely different medium is something I find extremely unique and potentially fruitfull if well executed (like any other medium)
