- Synergy is a male plum-headed parakeet. He was hatched on February 14th 2021. He loves to dance, bathe, sing, talk, get into trouble and follow me around like a puppy. Oh yeah he likes to eat.

He's so gorgeous. My plumhead is just over a year old. I'm hoping he'll start to colour up soon! They're very playful souls. My guy is a big talker but only when he doesn't think anyone is watching.
Synergy started getting his first color at 18 months old. 6 months from now you will see color
@@Loveofpets Thanks for letting me know! I honestly wasn't sure when he'd start changing. I also have a female moustache who's the same age as him. But she already started getting her colours months ago.
Their body and tail is like a ringneck. Are they related .
I never noticed the spots of color on his wings. He is a beautiful boy! Kalyn (parrot bliss) also has her plants bit up. I can hear Malibu singing Happy birthday lol
I love how you dedicate time for all and each one of them .. I have 2 cocatiel and they are a handful.. to feed and clean .. to play with and provide them with everything they would possibly need .. I can tell thats a lot of time and energy but its totally worth it .. because we love them we just don't feel how hard to take care of them .. and you have so many different pets .. i really respect you and appreciate what you do ♡
We had a plum head too we got him exactly at the same time as synergy but idk how we discovered him passed away in his cage and we r all devastated 😢 💔 he was such a goofy bird

I feel you have a amazing relationship with your birds . I have a blue indian ringneck that lives in my aviary with my green cheek conure after all these years my indian ring neck wont stop screeching. I now its mating season and shes shredding paper but it goes on for hours. I have tried everything. I am afraid I will need to rehome her. I am a artist and cant concentrate on my work with her screeching. Any advice. I love her and tried all that I know to make ger stop. Its been going on since Dec and now its April

Hi, I wouldn't risk it. It's best to keep them separate and let out together under supervision.

@@Loveofpets we don’t have a proof of the baby gender & I wanted to avoid paying for dna test so do you know personally how to tell if the chick is a boy or a girl ? I mean I can send you pictures of it through a different platform
Unfortunately you won't be able to tell until it's older.
