Well done. For me anyways and maybe for others, I really don't use the measuring guide, I rely more on measuring from the fence and blade using my measuring tape. Well that's just me. As long as the fence is parallel to the blade and the fence is fully secure and stable when lock its all good. One of the most important components of a TS is the blade, what's good with this tablesaw saw is bosch provided it with a top notch blade 40T best or expert for wood the blade alone cost a few thousand in pesos. While others TS provide you only with a 24T blade
I totally get this perspective and it gives credence to the saying measure TWICE cut ONCE. But just because you've grown accustomed to a certain workflow, that doesn't mean a consistent and parallel (rack and pinion) fence won't blow your mind. Try it. 😉
@@VincheroKarpintero thanks maybe in the future, but I think it's out of habit for me, kind of standard practice. Always measure twice and checking the equipment twice to see if it's parallel, has the right angle, dry fit first, etc. Well that's just me, to each his own I guess.
Para mapalaki capacity ng cutting nya e mag improvise ng table para dyan di na masama sa ganyang presyo e bosch din naman yan kahit buong plywood kaya i cut diskarte na lang ng gagamit
I would rather choose this gts254 than those di mapgkakatiwalaang brands. Those cons can be fixed right away..Price is fair enough for the build, kisa nman s ibang brand n ka presyo pro low quality nmn materials made, lalo n motor nya.. availability ng spares at warranty should be considered also when acquiring ts, and Bosch ay anjan lng

Qué me recomiendas?
Great video..And pleas help me..pleas what do you recommand table saw?EVOLUTION 255 MTS or BOSCH GTS 254 or BOSCH PTS 10..THAN YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR REPLY
You do have to spend some time setting the saw up... blade, fence, etc. But once done, the saw is great. Fairly compact which is Nice th-cam.com/users/postUgkxXh-4_3-ZT1fFWP91ZV7iVqzElr0lEb-a I did get an Incra Miter Gauge which takes some setup as well. The stock miter gauge can be adjusted in the miter slot with a little painter's tape... this tightens up the side to side play a lot.
Thanks for the review. What about the soft start and the loudness? Could you please inform me a bit and compared to the Stanley sst1800 which would you advice and which one is more silent? Many thanks
its crazy how that in a profession that requires accuracy and precision, you get a table saw that has such an unreliable fence.. now i understand that its DIY/Jobsite saw but still, how hard is it for brands to build a quality, accurate fence
Great review. How stable is the fence? I have a Makita MLT 100 and fence wobbles and is absolute garbage. I plan on selling the Makita and getting this but I don't want to get burned by another table saw with a crap fence.
Hi I enjoyed watching your video, I agree with what you said about the fence. I am wondering if you know where when required that you oil certain places where marked. The manual is not very clear about this matter. I tried looking at a blown-up manual but no joy. Any ideas at all?
My saw finally bought here in Italy and it seems to me Evololution has a better offering for the +- €. I would never take the reading on a saws indicating at face value ….measure twice cut once!
@@ravivirmani8725 lol that Makita is worst than Stanley, believe me one of my co worker have that model and for months of use he already encountered many problems, the fence is also garbage you can search here in TH-cam about that model and see for urself what other reviewers had said about that model. Nobody can beat Dewalt's Rock n Pinion fence, im not a Dewalt fanboy because i love Makita all my cordless drill and other powertools here are Makita with some Bosch, its just that Dewalt's tablesaw is superior from Makita and Bosch.
I would get a higher end model if you are looking at hardwood. I have some other videos on other table saws. Check out the Dewalt or if you really want something on a budget, the Skil table saw might be a good option.

From Türkiye. I bought but i regret, the table isn’t flat! Paralelling thing is bad!

I think 23" rip capacity is acceptable. Though would be better @24.but either way your 48" plywood wouldnt be cut in half
I would like to buy this Bosch circular saw. I would use it as a hobby device. Do you recommend him to me. Will it be good for hobby jobs?

Why should a measurement unit used by less than 2% of the world become a standard in tools? Even if it's dual, why?
