Ingredients:
Fresh waterleaf
-Washed bitter leaf
- Assorted meats (beef,ponmo, Shaki)
- Stockfish -
Palm oil -
Onions
-Habenero pepper
- Locust beans (iru) optional
- Seasoning cubes
- Salt -
Ground crayfish
Panla fish
