@@prizma45 if your reason is anything else than trying to be better in terms of your shape , health , strength or mental reasons then you shouldn't go to the gym . So in a way the guy IS right
I think people who engage in the fitness community whether that be as consumers or creators, develop a really skewed image of the average lifter. We see all these huge men and women, many being young adults who are often times unintentionally intimidating and ostracizing a majority of people who either just started working out or want to start. It's really nice to give those people a more realistic idea of what starting from the beginning looks like, and as Vikkstar said in the end, you can start from any point and as long as you're consistently working towards some sort of goal, you'll see progress and you'll get somewhere good. Good yard
Honestly don't know why this hasn't more thumbs up. I totally agree. I think a partnership with a creator/influencer/whatever that starts there journey with someone like gymshark and then getting results is far more telling than endorsing an athlete that's already in incredible shape.
@B Coleman I really agree with what you said but I feel like people shouldn’t set expectations of being able to have such a nice home gym that he has but I feel like the culture has continued to change and more people are accepting of beginner lifters
If you really want to gain mass though, nothing beats a commercial gym. The variety of equipment and machines cannot be replicated at home. Plus, being among other gym goers gives motivation.

It looks great but I think the walls should have been a bit lighter on the paint. It feels a little claustrophobic and when you're working out you need to feel lighter on your head. At least that's what I feel.

For sure. My ultimate goal is to build my own powerlifting gym. Selection of smelling salts and pre workouts on tap 🤣

Looks sick, would be better if they made the counter smaller so you can put some cardio or extra dumbbells but still looks good
true but you can do cardio by just running outside
The editing in this vid is sick asf
