None of the people who have monkeys should have them. I have yet to come across one of these type of channels where the monkey is happy and not improperly cared for. They are all mistreated and suffer severe psychological emotional and physical abuse on a daily basis. Jail will not help these people because if you're going to go to the extreme that they do, traumatizing infant monkeys and subjecting them to the ridiculous things that these people do to them all in order to earn a paycheck off of a TH-cam channel created that depicts abuse toward primates then you are in serious need of psychological help. And should be committed to an institution somewhere getting the intense mental therapy that you so desperately need.
