Tip!! If you wet a kitchen towel and heat it in the microwave you can lay it over the bowl and it will cut the rise time in half! (Make sure to wet it and ring it out before re heating it) I usually do 30 second intervals 😊
I just got Invisalign in June cause my bottom teeth were also crooked. I’m almost done with my treatment and I LOVE the results. You should do it if you can afford it. It’s totally worth it!

I am currently doing invisalign...it is a heck of a comittment let me tell you! Also did he suggest waiting until after pregnancy as your teeth can really be affected so things might change....might be better to wait since you will be trying soon? You can get fantastic results with invisalign but please research more than I did as its not as quick and easy as they tell you...im not sure I'd have done it if I had known 🤣
I had Invisalign, would recommend! It is not very expensive if you have insurance. I live in Canada (dental is not covered, only our crappy healthcare up here is) but insurance covered a large portion of it
