This scene is so perfectly executed on every level. The team behind Fringe are absolutely brilliant.I have said this a million times and I'll probably never stop saying it:John Noble's capabilities as an actor truly are "out of this world" and the his commitment behind developing the character of Dr Walter Bishop is unlike any I have seen before. He just keeps delivering pure magic every single episode.Orla Brady was/is the perfect choice for Elizabeth. The two together+this scene=Heart&Soul!
I just love this scene..this was the ultimate forgiveness (white tulip) walter wanted. This conversation, that "I forgive you, walter" is a gem. If a mother can forgive such a sin, the god can. Oh my god, it's what we wanted.
Season 5 has beautiful moments too, only to mention a few: When Walter see dandelion grow in death soil, when Etta dies or when Walter says Peter is his favorite thing in the world. This series is a marvel.
What are you talking about. Season 5 had more moments than almost any other season. Olivia carried that season and had some of the best moments of the show. Her fighting to keep Peter from losing himself after Eta died was heartbreaking
She felt more connected to this Walter than her own. This was the man he Walter used to be before Peter was taken. She tried this approach with her Walter and it failed. But this one was so much more and she knew he cared. It's messed up, but I do wish she had stayed with Our Walter lol
Elizabeth Red is more similar to Walter while Walternate is similar to Elizabeth Blue, so much so that the latter two gave in to drinking and depression

He never got the white tulip in this timeline.
John Noble's acting is amazing as always
TASHA LEM! Something about Orla Brady's performances makes you automatically want to side with her, kind of like John Noble's acting effect.
such a beautiful scene
the tea reminds me of peter and bacon wiv liz, she is the white tulip!!! lovin this sooo much
You made a mistake, that's what being a man is. I forgive you Walter. I forgave you a long time ago. That gets me every time.
This is what is missing from season 5, those emotional moments that make the show come alive.

She was probably the closest he got to love, and he held back because he was human and messed it up. I'm no man but I relate to this
