Sister just saw your video. One clarification. Usually for 4 or 5 cups rice we add 1 cup udad dal. U have mentioned for total 12 cups rice 1 udad dal is enough. Will idli come so soft. Your idlis have come soft and fluffy. I want to try your ratio and see.
