Hi just wanted to share something from my CA. The flap over the zipper isn’t just for aesthetics. It actually serves a purpose. If you were in a rush or can’t be bothered to zip your bag all the way, having the flap down & covering the zipper will help prevent your items from falling out to an extent. In general, your bag is still open so there is always a possibility of something falling out but less likely if there is a barrier like the flap blocking it.
The LV bumbag is my most favourite bag ever! I like the style, the look and the amount it holds. I wear it mostly crossbody but love the fact that it looks good on the shoulder too! I don't find the zip fussy at all and prefer the look of the flap down over the zip❤️
Just ordered mine today after about 8 months of waiting and checking the LV site. Checked in the middle of the morning and saw "add to bag". It felt like magic and I'm looking forward to having it as an everyday option. Helpful review, thanks!
PS….I forgot to mention that I do have the Samorga insert in a light color and it really is a game changer for this bag!…I also have a chain attached to the loop and one of the zipper pulls and it has made it much easier to access the contents! 🤗💖🌸

Hands down this is my most used handbag since I got it last October and it will be for many more months and years to come. So practical and so easy to wear and big enough to carry more than what you would need in a day. For me the best purchase of 2020 if not ever, and it is already aging beautifuly. I absolutely love my bumbag and think it's worth every bit of the hype. It's my everyday bag and I don't have a problem unzipping and accessing my wallet, lip balm, etc. I love that I am hands-free and it's very comfortable to wear. My #1 pick.

I have a simple ring atached to the zipper and put my finger in it too pull the zipper and its 100% a game changer i have a Neverfull. Alma bb and pochette metis, and rivoli and speedy b 25 and the bumbag is my favorite every day!!!!! 10 of 10 so i think you should try a gold ring 👍😀

Omg babe! You need an Samorga organizer for this bag. It changes everything. I hope yours gets delivered soon. The first day I got the bag, and used it without an organizer. I hated how everything was a mess every time I took something out. Once I put the Samorga organizer in, it changed everything. I put an slg in each pocket of the insert and only 2 things were floating in the middle of the bag. Soooo much easier me organized. Life saver. Your rating of the bag will definitely be higher lol. It looks amazing on you by the way!

I have the lv world tour version, i didnt want to have to worry abt patina. Firstly, website here in Canada says 6-8 weeks delivery for world tour, it took 3 months and lots of phone calls to cust serv. No one had a clue why it was taking so long. I understand pandemic etc but after 10 weeks i started getting irritated. I agree the lip gets in the way, i keep it flipped up too when im shopping. I went into the boutique and asked them to wax the zipper for me, its def alot smoother now. Minus these issues i love the bumbag. Oh and i do wish the strap was a little longer.

There is currently 10 of us waiting for the monogram bumbag lol. I might have to wait a month or two, but happy to do that as the bumbag has a huge premium on the resale market.
I have the bumbag and love it. When it comes to palm springs mini I sold that to get the clapton backpack. The palm springs looks cheap to me and more on the teen spectrum as the clapton has more of a classy style.

I have a Gucci belt bag I use often. I love the accessibility of it, but it’s not as roomy as Louis Vuitton bumbag. I switch between the two bags twice a week when I want to carry this style of bag. I wish it was easier to get into, but it’s definitely spacious for a fanny pack!

Can i say firssst? First from Singapore! Hahaha! I have the world tour version and absolutely love it! I think the fold is more for security purpose. I mean, it is a bumbag. The fold definitely make it hard for anyone to zip it open when u have the bag at the back. On that note, i think, they won't be changing the design. But then again, never say never! Hehe!

I would have to agree. It is fuzzy to get in and out. However I love love mine. Super glad I got it when it 1st came out. At the price when I got it ($1,620 USD) for me it was so worth it but now idk if I could.

I would give this a miss. I used to have bum bags that were that deep. They tend to get too heavy, which can give you a problem with your lower back. I prefer a flat one that can be worn around the hips instead. They are much more ergonomical.

I just add a little charm to the zipper pull and it makes it so much easier to open and close. Problem solved. It’s one of my favorite LV bags.
