Much like you, I tend to do my pleasure reading at the end of the day with my Kindle Paperwhite Signature, but throughout the day I use my Scribe professionally as well as do my daytime reading with it. I tend to prefer landscape with the two page configuration unless the book is image-heavy, then I switch back to portrait. Excellent video! I look forward to taking a look at your other ones as well!
All of this exactly. I actually just finished reading a 100-page student thesis on it with the landscape columns and it's just really crisp, comfortable experience for reading long papers. So much better than on the computer.
Finally the video that show synchronization of highlights/notes with other devices. Thank you very much! Everyone else just shows "you can email notes to your address". Do I understand correctly that you can only have one type/color of highlight on Scribe, and it will appear as yellow highlight on ipad? What if you add another color highlight on Ipad and then sync back to kindle? Can the kindle filter by color (even though it can't display the color) from highlights TOC screen?
The ability to see the handwritten notes on iOS devices is pretty new, so it hasn't gotten much coverage until videos. Yes, as of now there is only yellow highlighting and can't do anything nearly as fancy as you describe, though that would be awesome!
@@WritersLike Thank you. I have color/type filter on iPad kindle app. I thought that it also exists on kindle device (never had one) - at least filter by note type if not color
I tend to still do my pleasure reading on my good old Kindle Voyage. I read on the Scribe when it's client or student work that I need to make notes on because it helps to have the bigger canvas.
Writing on the black screen reminds me of a chalkboard which is cool. I bought a scribe yesterday during Prime day sale.
