From a lower middle class person I swear I've heard it so much when i was preparing for mdcat it used to lower my morale more than anyother thing but there's nothing like that most of my class fellows had same background as me I've never seen this in my career in medicine whoever has more knowledge even if they're wearing torn clothes people consider them as cool guy

Reason is admission of students who don't deserve to admitted in medical colleges
Other reason is pathetic standard of paper checking in inter
Students taking coaching and getting nos only, not knowledge
