Hi Tamara, YES, DT has definitely stepped up with their selections. Their end caps are “on fire”! Drags you in… when you see such a fantastic display. You are too funny about “not” buying more for Easter baskets and then finding MORE items to put in… I’m exactly the same!!! LOL. HOW CAN YOU NOT WHEN THERE ARE SOOO MANY COOL ITEMS AT THE DT!!!! I must have said that at least 20 times and then walked into Dollar Tree and found more cool finds!!! I am laughing each time you say, you don’t come into buy anything and then it’s only $1.25!!! I say the EXACT SAME THING”!!! LOL!!! Your store is so nicely stocked. The first end cap you found was the new line for their MOTHER’S DAY gift sections. Those items were put out in FULL displays by us in NJ. The sock selection has been out of this world. I stocked up on the “moonpie” socks I’ll be giving out to my family for the upcoming ECLIPSE event. Drink pouches..??!!!! Never ever have I seen those!!!! Definitely ON MY WISH LIST!! The summer fun area is totally FIRE!!! ***I agree with your prediction Tamara. We are also getting “NEW” - DOLLAR TREE stores in my area in NJ. I also speak to many store employees and managers of our stores and NOT all the stores are changing their formats. The smaller stores are supposed to stay the same basically. Just a few price changes. The larger stores that are more populated will have the price checkers put in and more expensive items brought in. I’m fine with it personally. It’s a personal choice, to stay or go, there are other store options to shop in in my area. I feel bad for the people that don’t have options in their areas. Sorry for the long text….. Same! I'm going to stock up on the items I buy often and im going to find other places that sell $1.00 items. They could have kept the 1.25 stamp and just brought in better quality items at higher price. Iv hope they loose a lot of customers and change it back

Wish the summer cups and containers were BPA free they are all so cute! Thanks for the great walkthrough. The towels in the plus section are so bad (snags, holes from the packaging). They are not worth the price increase. They need to up the quality, in general, to increase the prices.

The Dollars Stores can't stay a dollar forever. "dollar" is just a name now. But it is still a bargain for what you are getting, we know the regular store cost way more.

Some things at Dollar Tree are a good deal for $1.25 and some are not. My opinion is that when they raise their prices to $1.50, there are fewer things I will be buying there because some of it is not even worth $1.25, like tuna pouches and a lot of the food can be found cheaper at Aldi or elsewhere. I prefer to support American made products anyway.
