Looking forward to the mushroom hunt, i am currently dragging my boys through every bit of undergrowth and hedgerow i can find, much to their despair 😂, forced learning is the new thing here, great to see you back and hoping all good things for you and yours, enjoy the hunt.
Moved a way from UK about a year ago and the mushroom are limited here its mostly birch and spruce and a lot of them but no oak or beech and winter comes early but nature is nice and I did some fishing and got some fish, mostly zander. The sades thing is there is no willed garlic it was my favorite but I live too far north now, but I made some wine out of rowan berries and I am drinking it now.
