Rick has an ELKA SYNTHEX and an EMS VCS3, Jay has what I believe is either a Roland RS-505 or 202, it's mentioned in one of their CD booklets as part of their gear used. All the synths were theirs, although personally the SYNTHEX is a bit out of place as it's not a 70's synth, though it's understandable as the only other 70's synths I believe Scooter had at the time were an MS20 and an EDP Wasp which probably wen't large enough to make the setting look right. Watch the studio tour from the encore DVD and you'll het an idea as to what they had at the time, it is on YT.
