Recently picked up this exact keyboard with red switches and couldn’t be happier. Sounds incredible, not obnoxious, and leans far more toward a “thocky” sound albeit not true thock as per keyboard enthusiasts by any means. But for regular folks who want thock out of the box this is pretty satisfactory in my opinion. Definitely suitable for the office as well since it’s not overtly loud at all but still delivers great typing experience.
Just purchased one yesterday ! Loving it so far. I love I can have different profiles for different games, you can reprogram buttons to literally do anything you want. I don’t listen to much music while gaming so I programmed one of the top right buttons to mute my mic for discord. I got this keyboard also for the raze synaps app. Everything integrated into one program. Kinda like Apple products lol
amazing review :D crysp 4k video looks so good. also, a tiny critic: in the sound test... I would love to hear it without background music ^^ ! thats all.
also, there are soo few reviews about this specific model.. just 1 or 2 videos. I want to buy this specific model on this video because : 1. analog its not a great thing I will ever use and I heard sounds and feel weird. 2. not a fan of having extra macro keys and the left 3. I like just one cable for my keyboard, not multiple cables ^^. thanks a lot for the review!
Hey, I was wondering what should I choose between razer huntsman v2 analog and razer huntsman v2,full-size or tkl (I was thinking to buy the full-size but I don't know).Which one do you think it's better ?(and if anyone can explain why this one is better than x etc.)
Hey :) does you had problems with the wrist pad moving while your gaming or use the keyboard ? Some people said it and think the wrist pad on this specific keyboard doesn't connect to well and i just wonder , thanks for the review 🙏
I have a question regarding the regular V2 huntsman verison (Razer Huntsman v2) - Doest it have usb type A at the end of the cable or it is only Type C? I am asking because my motherboard is old does not have type c. Thank you
So, i just upgraded from a laptop to a proper desktop pc, and picked up this exact keyboard. Waiting for the monitors, which should be in, in about 1-2 more days. Excited to try this out. Massive upgrade
the thing is no need to press down as much as used to do .... not much stress on my fingers ... omg ... feel like getting it... currently using Blackwidow V3 no sure should upgrade to huntsman series
Hi . Thank you for your time. I am looking for a silent keyboard and I found a few, and my first choice was RAZER HUNTSMAN V2 . But I'm confused and I don't know whether the red buttons are quieter or the black buttons! Please guide me which colors are quieter
This version supports up to 8k Hz, you change it through Synapse (125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000, 4000 and 8000). Only this one and the regular V2 have such polling rates.
@@athena9029 yeh, thanks i got ahold of customer service and they said the analogs only 1k hz but they might update the ability to switch polling rates around because i asked about it. lol
@@athena9029 If they did I could finally park them at 125hz. The mouse polling rate options are useless because it drowns as soon as you turn it down. If you could turn the keyboard back to 125hz or 500hz you could totally fiddle. the 8k keyboard mouse can do so. thats prolly gnarly.
@@BoxCoUk yes but do you have thousands of hours on several games, know that a specific type of style of plastic, or way keys are pushed in stages and repetition can be a big factor with purchasing a keyboard.
that's a shame, I stopped playing games at 999 hours 😥 I'll go back to the keyboard and make sure I give it a thorough stroke and get back to you 👍👍@@Aamonrb
@@BoxCoUk please do come back when you have more than 3k hours in a singular fps video game, and obviously you didnt get a high ranking in anything considering you didnt learn anything or what skill is.
Nice to see someone review the non analog version :D
That is analog lmao
@@polarn0w508 it isn't, there's a regular V2 version and there's a analog version, it literally is missing the word "Analog" on the box.
@@polarn0w508 the analog keyboard has the RGB/magnetic wristrest and USB passthrough, aswell as two wires, plus analog is missing on the box

Ah, finally a demo where someone isn't mashing the living hell out of the keys. That IS reasonably quiet.

I don't like the fixed cable and the placement, other than that it's nice.
