Our favorite cruises have been our 2 Alaska cruises and our 10 day from San Diego to Hawaii Circle Cruise all on RCCL. Celebrity was one of the Alaska cruises, you MUST experience Alaska, We went in September both times and it was awesome weather, shorts weather at most ports except the Glacier.
Hi! I would love some more info on parking lot. Did you just show up & pay for the parking at the end of your cruise or you need reservations??.. TIA.. New terminal and all, I haven’t heard anything about the parking 😊
No you have to reserve your spot. Go to the Port of Galveston website to reserve. The spot that you see in our video is the North Lot Covered parking which was extremely close but limited spaces.
We’ve been on many cruises with different cruise lines, but we love Independence best also. It’s the perfect size. The only Oasis class ship we’ve sailed on was Wonder of the Seas, which was beautiful. Our next trip will be on Ovation of the Seas in June, another class of ship we’re trying for the first time. Love your personalities and especially Claire’s smile. 😊
I do NOT recommend The Key. $490 for a couple on a 7 day cruise and all your getting is a free Chops meal which you can buy for $25pp lunch and I can check all our luggage and it's the same thing. There is a Key line but really we beat people with the key that were in our party onto the ship...we got everything they got for all that money for free as Diamond members, don't think it's worth that.
Thank you so much for sharing your time on Allure of the Seas. I will definitely try Sambas when I set sail this spring. I didn't know how many different meats they serve until this video. It looks like a good restaurant to try.😊
Anime subscriber to your page thank you guys for sharing all the information I know you work hard so people can see what you went through an invocation day looks like there's so many things to do in this ship and I'm hoping that someday I will get to sell in the Allure of the Seas it would I think it would be awesome I'm just curious what did it cost you for a couple to sell on the Allure of the Seas and getting a balcony room will you completely satisfied at all times of service the food machinery the cost
Nice video, I really enjoy your channel. We were on the Allure just before Christmas when the freeze hit. The crew warned us well before it got cold. They worked on covering the plants and trees in Central Park before we got back to Galveston, but looks like the cold got to them. We loved the Allure. don't think we saw all of the ship. we could see the aqua show from our balcony, think my daughter saw every performance.
The aqua show blew us away! It was the highlight of our trip. It also looked like the balconies had a great view of the show. Thank you for your support!
@Claire and Michael we were on Allure in December. I didn't see it then, but since I have watched another TH-cam video that showed it. We will be back on the Allure in May. So I will check to make sure there is one.

We are cruising on the Grandeur in April with my son, his girlfriend and her family. Last time we cruised was on Norwegian Cruise Lines during our honey moon in 1997. Very interesting. I’ve been on many classes of ships but have never been on Oasis Class. Reminds me of Quantum Class. I’m looking forward to sea day so I can see more.
We loved Allure, and only wish we had longer than 4 nights aboard her. We have not yet been able to try the Quantum Class, but it is high priority for us to try out!

West coast is on our list...especially Alaska. We were booked for Cabo on Princess in February but canceled it for the Allure cruise.

So if you turn the lights off it gets hot? How do you sleep at night either in the light or it’s hot?! Should we bring sleep masks lol
Haha...no the "master" switch just needs to stay on. you can turn on and off the lights with a separate switch.

Cruising Lady A for the 4th time next September. She is our favorite Oasis Class ship. Love her! First time in the new Galveston Terminal.
