Me sirvió mucho el video solo necesitaba quitar la tapa para limpiar el ventilador y las entradas de aire quedo genial después de eso lo hize con miedo pero quedo genial
I noticed you put an LED in there. I'm trying to put a LED on the back of my switch with a transparent shell. Do you have any guides or videos about this?
Thank you, you can check the video @5:50 iv mentioned it :). I have used the female usb port string n filed it thin using dremil tool to slide in btw the board. I would not recommend you doing the same unless you are confident about it. I had done since i did not find the Dat0 adapter at that time now its easily available in market.
Yes the current adaptors are hard to find at my place & cost too high to import the same. The dimension of the USB metal piece should not matter it can be trimmed accordingly anyways here are the measurements (10mm in length and 1mm in width) the metal piece thickness should be slightly filed & to be made thin. so that it could be easily slide under emmc.
@@JTJT3821 That metal piece would stop sliding in once it touches the point. also you can measure the value on multimeter by setting it to (diode mode) touch the black probe to ground & red probe to the metal piece the value should show between 400 to 800. if the value is not shown then the metal piece is touching to some other joint or not touching to dat0. I missed taking the picture of the same while doing it.
I think only you can help me I've been looking See if I'm right Chips have non-upgradeable and upgradable version The updated ones are the V4 v3 chips are not updated It has two types of OLED chip The classic v3 And the upgradable which is V4 My biggest doubt !! Does the V2 model switch also have the V4 modchip? What is the best chip? To use in the standard model V2, would the ideal chip be the V3?
Wow, I definitely wouldn't be brave enough to use a piece of metal like that on the emmc . I'll stick to an adapter.

This looks very hard
My modchip just came today and I feel like I’m gonna break my switch while I install the modchip
Just do when you are relaxed, if not take it some one who is good at micro soldering skills.

Hi, I did not get what you are trying to say.
great work can you add notes ? it can help or where you got your info ?
Thank you, File links updated in the description on soldering info.
Hello nice video .. what do you use for the DAT0 point.. Looks interesting instead of the normal adapter

Would you be so kind to share what is the dimension of the metal piece.. current adaptors are pretty shitty and im too lazy to reball

@@TheCyberWolves okay but how to do you its touching the DAT0 pin? like is there a measurement you're using away from the edge?

Wait, you didn't have to remove the eMMC and re ball anything?
Yes, we need not remove the eMMC.
amazing work!!
Thank you
