Alles super bis eins die Auberginen müssen einbischen gesalzen und Wasser geben c.a 10 Minute in Salzwasser lassen dann Wasser weglassen bisschen die Auberginen abtrocknen dann anbraten schmeckt besser und wird nicht dunkel 🎉
