Been in Vientiane for one short 1 day trip from Khon Kaen 10 years ago. It seems Luang Prabang definitely worth visiting. It's nice to see clear sky and sun shining from the flooded lead-clouded Phuket.))

In the winter time the temperatures are not to hot. When we where there, the weather was perfect.
