  • In this video I take out the Daiwa Sazanami into an east gippsland estuary and see how it performs in a range of situations.

Nice video thanks Ben. The Daiwa lures always impress, do the Sazanami's have a casting weight like the double clutches and are they suspending, floating or sinking? I really enjoy your no nonsense production, thanks again (Tyler does a good job too).

Cheers mate, yes same casting weight in them and suspends.
Tyler has only recently got a computer so he can now edit his own videos so his will keep on improving as he keeps doing it 😁

Hey Ben I ran them on some bass last week there alright .. will have a place for them .. I feel the action isn't crazy and might work on few timid bream .. think I would of liked a bit more action if I got the choice but certainly shallow running.

Yeah definitely a shallow water lure for sure. Another option for shallow water jerk baiting at least, will continue to use them for sure. I have recently been loving the shimano bt bait in that depth and the riprizer has been slaying. They are much more expensive though is all especially in tailor heavy areas 😅

@@ChasingFish bad time to bring that up .. lost a bt today to a snag.. and bloody lost a nice red wasp as well but got hand full of EPs on ripriser today .. not bad considering barometer.
