    I think the discussion focus more on 'negative risk' hence we can use FMEA or similar risk matric but how about 'positive risk" ? Is there any method used to access the opportunity ?

      Amirul Abd Rashid The concept is for audit implementation, not Techniques of Risk management system which poses another topic outside the context of QMS. this makes use of continual improvement (PDCA)

      The most obvious place to start identifying and leveraging positive risk is with strategic planning following a SWOT analysis.
