How can Okocha say intra-party matters are not within the ambit of the law and courts lack jurisdiction in entertaining same. Who then settles conflicts of party members. The party? Who then is the party? Not the members? Or are some party members more party members than others? Again he said from their interaction with the judge, it was obvious they were not going to get a favourable judgement. Must the judgement be favourable to them to be fair? He said the judge decided to keep quiet when they were probably 'romancing' him. Is that not a credit to the judge? Does he not even have a right to remain silent? Why would Okocha preempt that a judgement that had not come would not be favourable.. Must it favour him to be fair. Why must a judge recuse himself when petitioned whereas he(Okocha) has a right to appeal the judge's verdict afterwards?
