This is not enough for csir net. Lots of things are remain unexplained like dorsal lip, archentreon, bottle cells, blastopore and so on. If you want to clear your basics then this video is ok but for qualify net you need to read much . All the best.

When there is sperm entry, the Dishellved vesicles which are located at the vegetal pole. Okay,
They migrate towards the dorsal side, at the dorsal side DSh inhibits GSK-3.
My question is that, how DSH vesicles inhibits GSK-3, is there any protein or any other mechanism involved?
