It can be said that Dugin does not believe a multipolar world will essentially be free of conflict. Rather that there will be several interdependent poles coexisting (mostly harmoniously). The current state of the world where we're constantly on the verge of a World War will disappear. Conflicts will arise sporadically even in multipolarity. But we can be freed from this constant state of unrest.

A good and well balanced introduction to Dugin's thinking. It isn't actually very "revolutionary" - he basically wants a federalisation of political power downwards to a more representative level, a sort of Helveticisation at least of Europe (if not also the USA). In a world which believes it can fire longrange missiles at Russia with impunity, Dugin's approach seems radical in its reasonableness.

I think as an idea, it’s actually good. The dictatorship of democracy and is need to indoctrinate future generations to believe in the ideas of the elites, and stymie the growth of alternatives. Even (or especially) in the imperial core. Everything the public sees and hears must push the Narrative. Even religious beliefs must be denigrated whenever they would be opposed to the narrative. Most religions have been reduced to mere psychological coping mechanisms as almost everything else would challenge the power of the Narrative. I think this is why Buddhism and especially “secular” Buddhism with its emphasis on detachment, personal growth, and meditation is popular among the ruling elite and in aspirational people, and the religions of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are not. Those religions make serious demands on the real world, and thus represent competition. An Orthodox Christian won’t agree to something evil. A Muslim won’t. An Orthodox Jew won’t either.

liberal democracy is a good foundation upon which to base a society’s institutions but it only actually means that the individual has some say and should not suffer injury for saying it. it doesn’t mean everyone does okay and is able to take care of themselves and put food on the table for their families. that ability, the central concern not only of democracies but the whole planet, must be addressed but not be conflated with anything else like rights. we don’t all want to have the right to starve. we have all been instilled with the idea that technology is progress and a good thing. but it is now time to ask a good thing for whom? i think it is becoming clear that its not for the vast majority of us who face a future with universal basic incomes and drugs, the brave new world of aldous huxley and now elon musk and marjorie taylor greene.

Iran can not be spoken of as a single monolith. There is the Islamic Regime and there are the Iranian people. The regime has fewer than 40% support. Iran wouldn't be the same nation if and when Reza Pahlavi is given power by the people.

A nut is very vulnerable without it's case, also known as a "shell." Russia is also reportedly armed not only with so-called "nutcase" philosophers, but with "nutcracker" missiles.
