All my best and prayers to this young Pilots
Glad they are safe.
We thank God you are ok!
Ejecting can cause a serious spinal injury.
After ejecting pilots lose 1 inch of height. That’s why they don’t even test that crap.
@@TheRealestHi well my experience was from having a bad hang gliding crash and I sustained 2 fractured lumbar vertebrae and I noticed that I lost about 3/4 of an inch in height. The fighter pilots ejecting seem to go up as hard as I went down..
I thought they lost 1/2" after ejecting. AF pilots get a maximum of 3 ejections before they're no longer allowed to pilot a plane.
@@HughBond-kx7lyI used to be 6 ft. Now I'm older and 5'10". I didn't know until my 40s I had a broken vertebrate in my back. I know you're supposed to lose height, due to spinal disc compression, but 2"?! It shocked me. I also suspect it was primarily due to my broken vertebrate from a car accident when I was 5 years old.

God . Bless .you .All
Treated and released. I was afraid it was going to be worse. Holloman AFB with Sacramento Mountains in the background.
God Bless and prayers for him.
He’s got some splaining to do
Yeah, LUCY!!
I'm sorry, Ricky. Waaaah!
Not necessarily if he did everything right, he’ll be cleared and he’ll be back in the cockpit before he knows it
Depends on whether it was mechanical or pilot error....
Maybe not. I used to be an aircraft welder in the Air Force and the F100 engine can be a little temperamental. The F15 has 2, so if one craps out. You still have the other. In an F16 you just have the one. We lose a Lot of the F16s due to engine failure from a lot of causes including birds.
F16s are also dirt cheap in comparison to almost anything else that flies. Heck, some of the unmanned drones cost more.
That we don't have more wrecks with the wild manuevers these pilots perform is a testament to the tremendous training they receive. No wonder our pilots are the BEST in the world. God bless all of our military.
Thank God that you are okay. And thank you for your Service and my prayers are with you
Prayers for the pilot 🙏
This is where the US taxpayer doesn't give a c*** about the 30 million.Dollar aircraft we want to save our pilots.....
But he will, in all likelihood, never fly another one unless it was a mechanical failure.b
Speak for yourself
They got insurance on those planes you know that right? That means a totalled $30m aircraft gets replaced for a brand new one and the pilot will fly again!! It’s part of the job risking the equipment for practice and missions. Same as they pay for the fuel and maintenance/mot documentation etc etc
Civilians would be astonished if they knew how many people never made it home from training grounds.
I remember looking out the window while assigned and saw Col Jet Jackson go down after take off from Holloman…nothing but a great sadness…
Is that the Great Santini?
Certainly...a great script reader. Is HE really "happy", or was it the writer?
Get your spoons out
The pilot ejected safely from the aircraft. I'm happy to report that he's been released from the hospital, but he still has a lot of 'explaining to do.
Glad he is ok
We're not telling you why a multibillion dollar jet crashed
It was designed built and operated by Human. Prayers for his quick recovery and return to service. 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸😎
It has been used by around 25 military forces, with over 4,500 aircraft built. The price of the F-16 has changed over the years, with early variants selling for around $13 million and more recent variants starting at $25 to $30 million but potentially reaching $60 to $70 million with improvements.
??? Multi billion?? Most of the f-16s that are flying today cost about 30 million which is the cheapest fighter in the sky there are variants that are newer that cost about 60 million, and of course they're going to tell us why it crashed but they have to do an investigation first. I don't like to speculate but Holloman Air Force Base is where pilots learn to fly the F-16
There will always be accident/incidents, this is part of training; how about we just be thankful for pilots survival
@@johnblackburn544 we are glad and thankful that the pilot made it out, and I hope he recovers soon from his injuries. But we the taxpayers are the ones who pay for these jets. So maybe we have a right to know what caused the accident.
White Sands?
It was aliens……
Explain
No
Hope he's all good and returns to duty post haste. All the best to you guys and gals.
Served in the army spent time at FT Bliss in El Paso, made several trips to white sands middle range, desolate place! Hundreds of miles of pure white sand & no ocean lake or pond to been seen
"Ejected safely... treated for his injuries ".
Bro, you and I have different understandings of the word "safely".
May God protect our great nation and keep all of our uniformed men and women safe, amen!!
Awaiting update connecting cause and effect😮
The pilot will never fly again.
God bless our military. I support all of you.🇺🇸
I presume everyone in the national park was ok???
White sands national park is a huge tourist spot. Hopefully nobody was killed on the ground.
Well thats 15 million gone!
you mean the treatment at the hospital right? or is that the annual savings in maintenance on the plane?
glad he's alright though.
We saw the crash from our home. There was a very tall black smoke plume. Army Blackhawks were in the area checking & locating the pilot.
Goes without saying, the plane is a complete loss.
He will probably never fly again. Ejection is not a friendly experience on the body.
Thank you Jesus.
The pilot's career is over.
But.. he has one hell of a bill to pay❗️🫡
Ur stable, get outta here. The pilot is tough
Will the pilot get a bill? Some of those F16s are getting old. Fingers crossed for pilot getting back up in the air
Hazmat team on scene? I hope the terrain is friendly.
Nothing safe about this messed up situation
How much did this cost me 😡😡😡
Pilots crashing with no stress, no wonder everything is becoming drones. Imagine war time all the pilots wrecking before they even see combat.
What that cost us?
🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🏼
The ejection causes facial burns
The first feeling I get when I hear this report is that they’re giving these weapons to the Ukraine or Israel.
Got into a dog fight with UAP
This should not have happen ed
Oooops
I wonder how much that cost the taxpayers
Looks like the Tic-Tacs are advancing well. Will this be there year the U.S. Government releases this technology to the public view?
100 mil plane good thing we don't need schools, hospitals or support for homeless
Reminds me of Iron Man.
It would be nice just to have a current date on the videos shown because some of this could be old news I have seen some of it can be fake news which is obvious dates would show up at being a card event or two years ago just a suggestion TikTok
82ND AIRBORNE
Mechanical?? Or Dufus did it??
The Great Santini?
to tall lol
Released to the MPs lol
🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️
Single pilots will ride it down to the very last split second for less damage to the surroundings. Trees = fire, buildings, citizens, infrastructure etc.
Is it true, once you bail you’re no longer a pilot?
Not in the us forces
Was he Ukrainian training
and they mock Russians, how many US jets have crash on home land in the past year
😊😅Exactly 💯 👏 🙌 😅
Homey CLASSIFIEDS they're own sh**😅😅
❤
Remember the lost plane after the pilot ejected? Was that a gift to China from joey ?
ACES II😎
🤙
Our military and passenger plane are going to hell, no money to fix them, money going to Ukraine and illegals… America is doomed.
❤🙏👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
🇺🇲🫡👍🪶
And what you didn't hear the reader was that and he will be made to pay twenty million dollars of your tax pair is money
Probably partied to hard the night befoer...airforce 12 hrs from bottle to throttle is a joke...airforce stance what goes on while trying stays at the tdy
Cover up?
No it's not a cover up you fool
Man shut up
@joshschneider9766 you clearly have never served in the military. They do not give personal information out if they don't need too. They gave enough to let you know the pilot survived and that's all you need to know. End of story.
Nope, I served, 4 years. And I know those in charge love to lie and dupe the civilian world. They do it all the time, which if you served you would know.
Please LORD Strengthen and heal 🙌🙏🙏🙏🙌♥️
