Read data from encoder using PLC SIEMENS S7 200

Hello everyone!
Today I would like to show you about how to onnect and write program use Step7 Microwin to PLC SIEMENS S7-200 CPU224 CN with increasment encoder
So let start with me step by step...
Step1:
We open software step 7 MicroWin
Step2:
Setup instruction=Done
Step3:
Write program
SM0.1 it mean that first scan it will ON
SM0.0 it mean that always ON when CPU ON
You can press F1 for help
Now we already create the program for read data from encoder
Let save the project...
Step4:
connect encoder to PLC S7-200 CPU224 CN
Encoder PLC

Step5:
Download program to PLC
Let start...
- First we need to change the language from English to Chines because I use
PLC S7-200 CN
So let start...
Click communication for check from PC to PLC connect or not
Now we already downloaded program from PC to PLC
Let press online to check
Now the HCO (High speed counter 0) still has value zero
I will rotate encoder
