This is the Trial of the Absolute Fool, made using the CustomTrials mod by Jngo (Bob Fred) and Italy. The mod uses a .xml file to create the trial: you create waves, you can specify enemies or platforms to spawn at certain coordinates during the wave, where the walls are, the cooldown timer, and the music.

I really like how you've become a showcase for some of the best modding work in the community. This is great content. I'm glad that you didn't let the stuff that put speed running on hiatus interfere with continuing to make a great channel.

These mods are reaching the point now where it's basically those old Super Mario Maker levels that you could only follow the exact route to beat and you died a million times trying to do it.
