not once have i felt frustration from tanks controls in a RE game. the game was designed to work with them. even when i played when i was in elementary school i had no problems XD nice video

Oh cool can't wait to watch that one! I played the REmake once on Gamecube then all over again on Ps4 to get my wife into the series. The revolutionary thing about re 2 was the multiple playthroughs with different character perspectives. Nier Automata did it as well but RE 2 perfected it almost 20 years ago!
I hope they give RE2 remake the REmake treatment. And I hope they can add a Scenario C where Leon and Claire didn't get separated like in darkside chronicles and it plays like Zero. Imagine how cool will that be?!?!!! XDDD

Yeah you will find that with a lot of early 3D model games. They just graphically are a bit rough around the edges but sprite games tend to stand the test of time more.
I feel it still looks pretty good on a CRT due to the pre-rendered backgrounds. But when hooked to the big screen LED with the PS3 it looks pure shite! Lololol. Thank goodness we got the HD remastered remake. XD

Still to this day,nothing matches the pure creepyness of the orginal, the red corridor, the balcony where forest died and the blood covered hallway before the balcony, find Inc enneth being eaten ynthe first zombie. Maybe it's because I was young wen I first played it, however still to this day it creeps me out.

Tank controls is not an argument or criticism, even outside the RE franchise as well. Cuz if it was big issue, then the series wouldn't have spanned 6 solid installments with strong following and success with a huge fanbase even back then.
Capcom was incredibly stupid to think a "family friendly" console would yield great sales for a M rated game horror-gore based game. Capcom built it's success on the budding franchise's release on Sony's PS1 - where it should have stayed and THEN, ported to all other platforms. Nintendo will NEVER lose it's "kiddie console-family friendly" status - despite their successful franchises. They will NEVER garner the mature-adult type gamers that want M rated titles and "serious" toned games. That is province of Sony and PC/Microsoft.
It wasn't for resident evil being on the gamecube I never would have bought one and would have missed out on all the great gamecube exclusives and I would have had to wait long time to play resident evil 4. I also bought a dreamcast because code veronica was on it.

This is a well-made video with great information but.... am I the only one who finds it extremely distracting that the host doesn't look directly into the camera? Instead, it's painfully obvious he is just going off cue cards below the lens.
Good content but is it just me or the narrator look at totally different direction from camera make it seems so weird. Like he is talking to something else while making it seems like he is talking to the audience.
+Cheappy V Probably- there is limited information about the actors themselves but that sounds familiar. Either way the person mixing the audio most likely did not speak English, given how the final mix turned out.

REmake 2 unfortunately won't have tank controls and fixed camera angles but a 3rd person perspective like RE 4.
@Dominic dominic REmake only flopped because it was stuck on the GameCube. It has since sold well enough.
