This design version two.
Still using standart part from anet
I'm just upgrade the fan for filament with the GDSTIME brushless DC Fan 24V/0.05A
note :
*reverse the ( 6 pin ) connector extruder motor
*use shock absorber motor stepper
*use PETG filament

Wow kreatifff ini... Mantappp ko
Thx 🙂
Nice! Good job
best thing i ever di to my et4
Have fun buddy
Bonjour. Super réalisation ! Je vais essayer sur mon ET4 . Merci
How does everyone but me get their support to come out in off so easy
OK a couple of warnings. The bottom mounting hole is not correct, you will need to drill a new one. The short piece of bowden tube will vary in length, I used approx 70mm not 65mm. You will need to purchase another stepper motor cable as the original is only 90mm in length and will not reach.
Better to change the stepper motor for a pancake one so it's lighter.
Excelente video amigo, pero surgió un problema, el carro del hotend se me desplaza unos cm hacia la derecha al aplicar el home, ¿sabrás a que se debe?
Les supports qui s’enlève aussi facilement j’ai jamais réussi 😅
Hii, nice job, i have a question, don't you have sensor-filament (end-detection) anymore?
hi. I removed the filament sensor. but if you want, you can use it. with a little modification. maybe I will discuss in the next video.
@@leonard4053 Yeah, i would like to see what you did, thank you :)
hey excellent could you put the link to download that piece I have a printer of those and I would like to make that modification 😊
Hi. About 2 days. U can check my account Leonard_guitar at thingiverse & myminifactory. I will upload it. 🙂
Dont forget to post your result print.
You can get now the file. 🙂
What cable did you use to extend the motor s cable or the actual cable
It self
You can use any tipe cable to extend. But dont forget change the port. See video 5:35
I want to the same thing to my Anet A8 V2.
Good job sir, does it work for ET5 as well?
I am not sure. but try to check the specs. maybe the same size et5 with et4
Hi, great video. I would like to know if is it possible to change the motherboard to mks mini or similar and use with the original settings. Could anyone help me?
Of course you can change the board....question is, why would you want to?
did this stop the clogging issues? i cannot get some of my et4's to not clog and it is the most annoying thing ever. i tried using the one fix with the washer and the separate tube in the hotend to get maximum pressure between the nozzle and the tube and it just jams inside the pfte tube now.
Hi friends, for clogging problems, pay attention to the temperature at the nozzle and the printer speed. Each type of filament has a different temperature. if a blockage occurs, it is not hot enough or the speed is too fast. Direct extruder, gives good print results. especially when we use TPU / elastic filament. Check again my print settings, at Thingiverse account. Good luck
Hi!
I had the same issue with clogging hotends and could not for the life of me fix the problem. So I ended up sending my unit back to the store I bought it from to have them check for problems and apperently there was a manufacturing problem between the nozzle and the tube. They replaced the hotend with a spare. Haven't had a problem since.
Did you notice any precision reduction on X axis because of the moving mass increase?
yes, I have considered it in my design.
printer parameters can be seen atwww.thingiverse.com/thing:458...
Have you calibrated the steps somehow ?
Yes. Every time print. Better calibrate before.
Hello 2014
Is it a normal et4? Do you have tmc2208 on the mainboard?
Yes. This my anet ET4. The cheapest tipe. Not tmc 2208
Do we need to change the wire or just turn other way??
Yes. Must change the cable position. See in the video 5 : 35
And. U need extend the cable .
I have anet et4 pro and It's extruder continuously making clogging noise maybe this upgrade solve my problem
Yes. Lets try. 🙂. Get attention the temperatur and speed. Good luck
Is it compatible with Anet Et4 Pro? Cheers
I think, the specifications are the same.
Isn't it too much weight for the axis?
No problem about weight. I have printed alot with this
Does this work with bmg extruder?
This is for anet ET4 original extruder.
Hi, does it work on et4x?
Yes. U can check the model before
What is the benefit of doing that?
Good for TPU filament.
Do you have stl file?

If it needs upgrading; you need another printer: m.th-cam.com/video/gCPNr_Qf9vA/w-d-xo.html
Anet ET4 better. And more cheap
@@leonard4053 So you did not watch the review in the link, that is a review of the Anet ET4
@@RuubRoyce i think, better you contact the Anet company, tell you Anet problem. My anet different type with yours.
@@leonard4053 I did. Anet told me that the seller I got it off from aliexpress, was a legit seller and that the product sent to me is an official Anet product. I also asked them how or why or if there are two different types of ET4 printers, however they didn't answer that question yet.
My anet is the lowest type. (Blue color) without auto level.
