Hey Kevin! Sorry you struggled with this. For anyone seeing this, one tip to really simplify this is to download a mobile scanner app for your phone (I use TinyApp); this allows you to shoot quick photos and it turns them into instant PDF scans. :)

The health/Covid paperwork for St Lucia is very difficult to fill out. If you dont have a scanner, youll need one!
