Great question! When storing crypto funds on any platform/exchange like Coinbase, Binance etc, there is always a risk that the assets will be held/partly lost if the company behind the platform/exchange goes into bankruptcy. Luckily, this is not something we see that often. However, at the end of bull runs when the price of crypto assets usually decline a lot, there have been a few exchanges and platforms that have gone bankrupt (FTX, Celsius) and users have had their assets frozen for longer periods of time/some lost. Usually this is due to those exchanges/platforms have been involved with poor management and users assets being used by 3d party companies. The safest way to store crypto is of course within a cold wallet, an offline wallet. Since Neverless is on of the more regulated platforms, have incredibly big backers/trusted by Goldman Sachs, Uber etc and are founded by former executives from Revolut, I feel safer that my funds wont disappear over night. Just as how I feel about the worlds biggest exchanges like Binance. But again, the safest way is by having them in a cold wallet. But then we are missing out on the interest we can earn by having for example Bitcoin in the Neverless app and earn 7% AER or USD in the strategies feature to earn 12 - 14% AER.
Can the app allows me to buy and trade with other's? I want to invest some money for bitcoin as backup and want to know of the app allows me to buy and train woth other's.
It should be instant & I have used it several times without any issues. You can send me an email with the transaction hash and I can take a look at it to see what is going on/what might have happened. You can find my email near the bottom in every video
Downloaded the app. registered from australia. submitted drivers license. it didn't take it. submitted medicare id, it went through but no reply. now trying to verify again, the server is down. for 2 days now., it says server error, try again later.what's wrong with this app. is it a scam in getting personal info from people?
Hi, I messaged Neverless about it and will get back to you when I got an answer what it could be due to. Neverless is a serious company with known founders & big backers. Probably something wrong with the ID or ID reading process idk. Will get back to you as soon as I get an answer.

We'll let you know if anything changes in the future." so my qestion is why not tell me the exact reason. is it they don't do australia.? I've been using the Revolut app for almost a year now.Why not provide more info before having people apply first and submit their personal info before being denied. now they can keep my personal info for 6 years for money laundering reason they said. so there goes my 'supposedly private info'. who knows what they'll do in 6 years. Leason learned for me i guess. Fully vet the organisation before giving out your info.
You can move them freely just as in any other wallet =) I have used it for more than a month already and it actually works really good. No complaints so far at all
It is available in the UK. They can't just advertise about it in the UK. But the app is able to be used within the UK I have heard from the Neverless team. Here is what they said "They're available in the UK (you can download the app and use their products) but they're not allowed to advertise there, as they're regulated in the EU, not in the UK, hence why they can't have a website there (in the eyes of the UK regulator a website counts as advertising your products)" So it's just when you visit their website that you will see "not available in the UK". But you can still get the app
Everything on their app is without fees. Except when you make crypto withdraws from Neverless, as then we need to pay for the blockchain transaction fee, which is the same for all crypto transactions.

Hi there, the Neverless platform does not have peer-to-peer trading. It only allows to buy through Neverless the platform itself.
Trying to test deposit crypto, for now taking 2h already for Arbitrum transaction…..

Can you move the crypto from Neverless to other portfolios on chains from there or they are in the Neverless portfolio and you can't move them out?
You can move them freely just as in any other wallet =)
