I think because in this episode, Matt clarifies that they are buying pre-made outfits that are being tailored to fit, and Jesters winter garb was made to order, and very very complicated with lots of things. That said, yeah, that does still seem like quite the price gap.
@@andrewmiller6264 to be fair, jester did spend most of that 500 sum as a “speed boost” tip to get her outfit on time for the Aeor expedition. If memory serves, her outfit cost about 250 for full custom and the rest was to rush it to be done in a week.

Ok, for me the highlight here would be Beau and Yasha on their date at the fish market, with Fjord as the third wheel! That scene was hilarious and amazing and I played it on repeat so many times!!! :D
The only disappointment I had with this episode is I would have loved for them to get yeza a suit with like a vest and tie the match veth's dress. So he could go along and dance with her at the ball.
at c2e2 the rest of the party was like we expected them to get us something strange like shapes then they brought the A game of Fashion and gave the fan artist and cosplayers a gift as well.
I was actually hoping & a little sadden that, I mean, I know why because of professionalism; but I was sadden that since Matt said what he said after they described Marisha/Beau's Party Outfit, that Brian would've came out/back onto the stage, go right next to Matt (to use Matt's Mic) & jokingly say "I hate you both" to Laura & Taliesin "Cause now *I'm* going to have to buy Ashley this outfit"
