If you’ve seen the video you’ve the answer.. 😎 Anyway main reason is because GarGs were time & cost effective -Second you’ve to search research web for using spiders as anti air and Spiders are 3 pop each one - Bats are quite strong anti air but very costly, they destroy your economy - GRUBBY is PRO and fast enough sometimes to switch to stone form and avoid concoction SKILL and let bats kill themself 😂😂😂 - Wind Rider and whatever orc sir unit, especially Wind R are quite the joke and relatively Ez exp against Lich+Alchemist aoe spells & armor debuff damage from orbs 😅😅😅
Playing undead vs pro player orc is nuts man. It's so annoying with the bats and raider when you build statue gargs. Glad grubby pull that off. I'm still salty with coil nova, hate that combo on ud mains
Im just a viewer and have some quesiton about 3rd hero Alchemist. Wouldn't it be better if using Dark Ranger instead to silence bat rider to keep your Gargoyle safe? Also DK and coil her as well. Or if there is some infomrmation im missing
Alchemist is mainly used for the aoe armor reduction aswell as he doesnt need orb to attack air , makes him a much better counter to wyvs rather than ranger
Fiends are slow, web takes upgrade, and they can be sniper by well Microsoft wyvern. Fiends dint do anything to stop wyvern except in thier small little circle of range. Ww can easily avoid fiend but can't outrun gargs. Garg can chanse and kill ww anywhere.
If you went Fiends in tier 1 then yea they're better, otherwise Gargs are imo because after getting armor upgrades they can actually live Bats (as long as you can spread them out) so they're much more cost effective. Fiends are slow so they can be picked off easily with Raiders + Wolves.

tbh once your acolyte scouted fast tech to wyverns, i would have gone to harass after lvl2 to prevent double beastiaries going up like you did in that one game where you cancelled newbelf's AoLores SEVERAL times and it literally came down you coil'nova'ing his DR/Panda build since all he had was a ton of dryads without his heroes and 0 bears ever made. to be fair that guy was pretty good also. when he took out your goldmine and what 4 zigs on top of it? that was brutal to come back from but you did + double expo. however in this game, going gargs vs wyv/bat instead of going to his base at lvl2 with ghouls and startin fiend production to cancel beastiaries into web >>> garg building imo.
also stoneform would have helped tremendously mitigate bats.. but dang he has expo too?? after 2x raids on your goldmine to TP out back to back.., excuse me THIRD goldmine raid on acos and TP out. thats insane.
but for the reason i LOVED ud when i played FT nothing is better than Coil Nova X'ing either an ENTIRE army slowly over time or heroes. plus orb of -GG beautiful plays - especially on maps with mana fountains like gnoll wood. miss the good ole days. same with RoC when there was no healing other than race specific (priests / moonwells / healing ward) or shop scroll of healing.
But they don't restrict WW movement. WW has the whole map to work with minus the little area with fiends in it. That's not very restricted. Gargs can control the whole map and deny areas far more effectively than snipable fiends.

Then blowing up bats on destroyers just sealed the deal. Monkey see, monkey do. Or just a really tired/distracted day.
Danish is what the speak in Denmark. Given that Grubby is Dutch and not Danish, I think it's probable his dreams are more lokely related to Warcraft playing than Danish speaking.

That doesn't work. Bats' unstable concoction is an ability, not a "spell." No mana means no silence.

I really can’t understand why you built gargs over fiends. Fiends would restrict wyvrn movement and be resistant to bat riders.
But they don't restrict WW movement. WW has the whole map to work with minus the little area with fiends in it. That's not very restricted. Gargs can control the whole map and deny areas far more effectively than snipable fiends.
