  • What started as a "crunchy" right side final drive turned out to be a series of systemic failures caused be a previous mechanic crossing the charge pressure system with the loader pressure system. Additional problems were created by poor quality reman components from eBay vendor. Don't waste your time, you are not getting what you pay for.

Number one reason I buy new drive pumps.
You don't have to deal with worn out junk.

Working on one of those myself, about to do hoses to right drive motor and it’s super rusty. I already did the left and had the engine out. Nice work!

Been trying to order some parts from you from up here in Canada. UPS is not the greatest for us up here. Trying to get some parts shipped USPS but was told you only use UPS. Should really look into switching to USPS or at least adding it as an option for us Canadians. I've had stuff held at the border for weeks by UPS demanding more and more fees for this and that. I've also got into an argument with a UPS representative on the phone over the said fees and when I finally just paid it because I needed it - The item arrived damaged. So then I had to start a claim and send the damaged item back to be inspected and approved for replacement which took another month. It was an absolute nightmare and UPS costed me so much money and I get worried as soon as I see UPS being the only shipping option. Any chance you can help me get a few things shipped USPS from LPS ? Need some items for a T190. Thanks

@@kalen01 Totally understand, shipping right now is crazy everywhere. Depending on the weight of the parts your looking for determines which carrier we have to use, anything under 150 lbs will ship UPS Worldwide Expedited, anything over 150 lbs is freight, we only use usps for small packages. Feel free to call for more details.

Thanks for this video. I have an 05 T190, left motor seems a bit weak but not too bad. Whine inside the cab is reeeeally loud at lower power, not quite as bad at higher power. Don't hear any noise outside though. Since this is my first machine I'm not sure if it's normal or not. Does, or did yours whine loudly?
My machine was an auction find that needed a lot of love, but has been (mostly) fun to learn new things on. Definitely the only way I could afford one lately.

Yes, these pumps have a lot of hydrostatic "growl /whine" at low RPM. If I am traveling with mine, it's always at 50% rpm or more. I generally operate it 75% throttle doing any light work.
Test the brakes and see the noises it makes with those on. If it doesn't move and growls, things are decent. If it powers through the brakes, you have an issue.

    That's the charge pump pressure?

How similar is the charge pump on yours to a t250

I think I'm having a hydraulic issue. My levers have alot of resistance. Definitely difficult to pull the levers back once you push em forward.

I'm not certain what the T250 charge pressure should be. I'm carrying a solid 290 psi at idle after 75 hrs of run time since pump replacement. It's 110% worth having a service manual for your serial number; usually digital versions can be found on eBay for these somewhat older series machines. If your handles are heavy, that could be the drive pumps themselves going out vs the charge pressure. Check your hub Temps after running for a bit to see if the brakes are dragging.

@AlxJ64 come to find out the new steering stabilizers were bad set. I put my old ones back on and the stiffness on the left handle was gone.

Doosan factory , bobcat use danfoss pupms, and cubota engines

Not in this older machine. Kubota... with a K. This is an Ingersoll Rand era machine.
