@@snibir2461 no it is not, it needs at least -15% DMG red on Q, higher up cool down on 1-st W to 15 sec and add 0.7 sec cast to polymorph.

@@Mr_Beowulf ive checked, yeahhh, u have more exp than u do(play daggers, shapeshifters) . From my point of view playing against smart opponent on prowling is not that easy cause now everyone know that u have to burst it kitty form. Parry on sword, reflects,culticst,stun to kitty form or e of dg makes it way harder for prowl to execute. But i didn't play prowling with 6.4 , 8.3/8.4 gear so u might be right
