I also have Psyche in Aquarius in the 8th house! I related a lot to what you said about showing others the intimate side of my soul beyond the appearance of my sun, moon, rising, Venus, etc. I have often felt misunderstood by others and it convinced me for a long time that something was fundamentally wrong with me. I'm still in my early 20's, so I would say that I'm not quite on 'the other side' yet, but I hope to get there one day, and I hope the same to you as well. 8th house stellium all in libra: Pluto 26 degrees Sun 26 degrees Saturn 25 degrees Venus 22 degrees Mercury 8 degrees I couldn’t write out all the experience here since I’ve just recently discovered astrology and my experience (while not usual by any means) has still been my own so I can’t compare it: will try to think more on this, but I’ve told others my life story, and the response is that I’ve lived many lives. I think living life from many perspectives, opens the door to compassion for others. Whenever I hear about or see another person, I think about how that could be me, born into different circumstances having different experiences, forming in a different way. People also just seem to walk up to me and tell me their life stories and secrets as though I’m some emergency therapist they immediately trust. As I get older, I’m more open to the constant transformation and adjusting in my life. Even with a stable home life, there is constant growth and adjustment. Currently my Saturn and Pluto are transiting the 12th house and it feels like transformation I’m fully conscious of, a very intense one, whereas before it felt as though I was trying to live a usual life and plans would disappear before me and I’d have to walk a different path wondering what is wrong with me that it keeps happening. Now it feels like I’m choosing my transformation, although really if I chose to stay the same, this process would certainly crush me so it’s really not much of a choice :) - but I can choose what it feels like along the process and be aware of what I take with me and what I choose to leave behind.
Sun in 8th house (and in leo) and my 8th house in leo. Maybe that's why my sun planet is not so much pronounced at its home, that is leo? I feel some leo traits but not fully. Have mars and mercury too on leo, so I tend to communicate and fight as a leo ehehe

My sister passed away when I was 16, she was only 20, she passed 2 weeks after my grandfather who she was living with temporarily, 2 years after she died her boyfriend who was there when she died killed himself. He was a good family friend to us all. That string of deaths started a whole death trend in my life. Ever since then I've been metaphorically dying all the time and being reborn. Often the floor falls beneath my feet and all of "me" collapses but once it does and your identity *Dies* you realize those things were never who you were.

My 8th house is in Taurus but I have Lilith, Chiron, Charikio, Hygeia and Vertex in Gemini conjunct one another in my 8th house. I was the scapegoat child of a narc mother and codependent father. I grew up being punished and hated for being sweet, honest, intelligent and authentic and for being myself. I have the strong fear that it is evil and sinful for me to exist and for me to be my true authentic self. Like I'm going to go to hell if I'm authentic and my true self. I have Psyche in Leo in my 10th house conjunct my MC. I have always wanted a real career and a career that I truly love and enjoy. I still don't know what that career would be though. I can't stand dead end jobs that I have to convince myself not to call out sick or quit every time I have to go to work. hi, it's me again, i have no planets in my eight house which is ruler by Pisces and I've checked that my psyche is in my 9th house in Aries conjunct my Sun. i just been through the similar ordeal and i understand your story about your shift in career path, wasting time and money on education and not utilizing it. Also, i don't find need to blindlessly pursue "superficial success" that others crave and have (e.g expensive luxury goods, VIP status on brands and such) What is the meaning of life outside of money? You can't take your wealth with you to the grave; Power and status does not prolong and lengthen your lifespan. (This is my 15degrees Sun in 9th house and 1 degree mercury in Taurus expressing my thoughts) I just don't feel the need to have a job and workplace that is very stressful, toxic and unhealthy for your mental as well as physical health in exchange for an average salary. I have numerous backstabbing colleagues that have been mentally torturing me for years. I am rather straight forward and honest person (Aries sun, Leo moon and rising sign), have a very hard time dealing with two-face and sneaky toxic people that try to put me down and 'twist' my words with every chance they have. I finally understood the phrase "you're killing yourself for a job that would replace you within a week if you dropped dead." Therefore, it is not worth to sacrifice my inner peace and health at all. I would rather find something i can do and love and would NOT be apologetic about pursuing my destined path and passion.

Thank you for sharing 💖 this was very insightful. I have my sun in Leo in the 8th house (8th house cusp in Cancer). I was told Sun in 8th makes me like a solar eclipse... makes sense, right? I was told that this means I am the source of a lot of disappointment for my parents. As an adult, I can say this has been true my whole life. They are the most loving and supportive parents and proud of me, yet I can never seem to make them happy. I have siblings who have never understood my feelings toward my parents because they do not have this same placement (nor do they resonate with astrology! Lol)

Cancer rising with moon in the 8th house in Aquarius. Moon also squares Pluto. I have a deep fear of sharing resources.. my whole life. I remember being very young and my mother explaining to me that she wanted to open a savings account to put my money into. I was big into saving my money even when I was little. It gave me a sense of security. I cried and cried not understand why someone else was going to hold onto my money lol. My sun is in the 2nd house which may put an effect on this also? I’ve never been married but engaged twice and both times there was a fear of marriage in ways. Me wanting to make sure A prenuptial legal agreement would be made before marriage. Money was a thing I always wanted to keep separate. Sharing bank accounts and money is a very uncomfortable feeling for me. I feel uncomfortable using other people’s money. I’ve always worked hard for my own and I expect the same from others. Also it’s an uncomfortable idea to change my last name for marriage. I plan on keeping my last name. As I get older I find marriage just too risky and I would be happy without it.

But yeah, many 8th house moons seem to be the taker when it comes to money. 😂 But not you! 💖💖 Moon square pluto can cause defensiveness earlier in life, a fear of fully bonding and getting hurt, yet finding it hard to let go. Interesting I met a really good friend through work that I automatically clicked with. Her moon also 8th house but on the cusp and her sun in the second house also we have a lot of similarities in ways that I thought was very interesting. Neat how well we click with each other. She also works very hard for her own money and security also. With a discomfort or relying on someone else. She has cancer sun in 2nd and Sagittarius moon in 8th.
I also have a handful of 8th house moons in my life which a pattern I’ve seen with these people is them being hyper sensitive of their surroundings with other people. Like the moods of people around them and reading into it. I wouldn’t put it past them to be the ones always asking or noticing, over analyzing someone’s body language/mood. Not sure if I’m explaining that well but it’s an interesting pattern I’ve noticed.

Thank you for sharing 💖 this was very insightful. I have my sun in Leo in the 8th house (8th house cusp in Cancer). I was told Sun in 8th makes me like a solar eclipse... makes sense, right? I was told that this means I am the source of a lot of disappointment for my parents. As an adult, I can say this has been true my whole life. They are the most loving and supportive parents and proud of me, yet I can never seem to make them happy. I have siblings who have never understood my feelings toward my parents because they do not have this same placement (nor do they resonate with astrology! Lol)

Cancer rising with moon in the 8th house in Aquarius. Moon also squares Pluto. I have a deep fear of sharing resources.. my whole life. I remember being very young and my mother explaining to me that she wanted to open a savings account to put my money into. I was big into saving my money even when I was little. It gave me a sense of security. I cried and cried not understand why someone else was going to hold onto my money lol. My sun is in the 2nd house which may put an effect on this also? I’ve never been married but engaged twice and both times there was a fear of marriage in ways. Me wanting to make sure A prenuptial legal agreement would be made before marriage. Money was a thing I always wanted to keep separate. Sharing bank accounts and money is a very uncomfortable feeling for me. I feel uncomfortable using other people’s money. I’ve always worked hard for my own and I expect the same from others. Also it’s an uncomfortable idea to change my last name for marriage. I plan on keeping my last name. As I get older I find marriage just too risky and I would be happy without it.

But yeah, many 8th house moons seem to be the taker when it comes to money. 😂 But not you! 💖💖
Moon square pluto can cause defensiveness earlier in life, a fear of fully bonding and getting hurt, yet finding it hard to let go. So this could be why you prefer to keep bank accounts separate (8th house being the house of other's money).

Interesting I met a really good friend through work that I automatically clicked with. Her moon also 8th house but on the cusp and her sun in the second house also we have a lot of similarities in ways that I thought was very interesting. Neat how well we click with each other. She also works very hard for her own money and security also. With a discomfort or relying on someone else. She has cancer sun in 2nd and Sagittarius moon in 8th.
I also have a handful of 8th house moons in my life which a pattern I’ve seen with these people is them being hyper sensitive of their surroundings with other people. Like the moods of people around them and reading into it. I wouldn’t put it past them to be the ones always asking or noticing, over analyzing someone’s body language/mood. Not sure if I’m explaining that well but it’s an interesting pattern I’ve noticed.
