I've been watching your FFXIV videos for a while and finally decided to try the game out with the free trial. I usually like playing healers and I'm loving Conjurer so far, I'm level 21 and I plan on focusing on becoming a White Mage before anything else. I don't think I would have tried FFXIV if it weren't for your videos!
Now is an amazing time to join as they've just expanded what the free trial includes! I really hope you have fun, it's a fantastic game. I'm glad you've enjoyed my videos as well - there'll be more soon!

Also, with the dark knight ability, for dark knight they become undead after passing below 0 how, but need to be healed to full If that happens or they'll die, gunbreaker and I think maybe paladin have the one where they hit a button, turn invincible but drop to 1hp, they don't need to be fully healed but they do need some when they use it.
This is what I get for not playing tanks! Since making the video I have played DRK a bit more and realised my error with the invuln. Hopefully no one takes my content as a guide 😂 There's always more to learn :)

The game has classes and jobs because originally (back before a realm reborn) it was only classes, as the designer wanted you to just be "Regular" adventurers. Jobs were added later to bring in the iconic Final fantasy roles like white mage. You'll notice newer roles like astrologian and dark knight are just jobs!

@@LadyWhispersASMR Mhm! I think in an ideal world they would remove the base classes but that is a lot of technical effort from my understanding.

tbh this game is amazing for casual players. I’ve met a lot of good friends on ff14 who don’t play games that much but enjoy it a lot.

Yes :) I play on PC, but with a ps4 controller for comfort (and sounds!)
I’m really late to the FF14 chain so I’m still doing the base game Rip lol, but you can play that game not on keyboard?! Or am I just blind? Also nice vid, I love seeing cool sets.

I can't believe how much time has gone by between videos. The pandemic and lockdown really made it difficult for me to make videos for a lot of reasons but I am definitely still here and eventually will return to making them because I'm not done with them yet! I just don't know well. Stay well in the meantime!
